Youtube is being sued (http://arstechnica.com/news.ars/post/20060718-7285.html) for a million dollars by a guy who owns copyright on a video of him being dragged from his truck and twatted during a riot.

Someone got hold of this video and the guy saw it and now is sueing Youtube for "supporting" copyright theft.
