Not the best premiere, but it was set 4 months later and what not cause of lex plug pulling.

According to TV.com the last episode airs around 3rd March, and there is only 9 episodes this season. So either shit season or they are taking a break?

He will die, eventually, at some point in time.

I reckon he will still be in every episode of season 5.

And its called February sweeps, even though they are in March this year for some reason. They run repeats for 3/4 weeks while they do something.
